21-Day Renew and Recharge Food Cleanse

An event every week that begins at 11:30 am on Monday, repeating until February 15, 2016
Do you have a New Year’s resolution to shed a few pounds, eat healthier, or resolve a health issue? This food cleanse will help you kickstart a healthier you by reducing systemic inflammation in the body, balancing blood sugar, restoring healthy gut bacteria, and suggesting a nutrient dense diet. The group format helps many individuals to stay motivated and accountable. The cleanse is also offered one-on-one on an on-going basis for those who aren’t available during the group dates/time or who prefer the privacy of individual sessions.
During the group meetings, you will be guided through the cleanse, including pre- and post-cleanse phases, and be provided with meal/recipe ideas, food demos, and educational topics. Cost also includes two recommended supplements. E-mail support from nutritionist and the group are offered in-between meetings. Feel free to bring your lunch each week. Children are welcome to attend the meetings.
