After School Meditation Series

This short weekly meditation is a chance for kids ages 7-10 years old to bring some mindful awareness to their breath, bodies, thoughts and emotions after the school day ends. It’s a simple reset and offers great tools that the kids can carry forward with them to practice letting go of their day and coming into the present moment. These are great techniques to start the day with too! Caregivers are welcome to attend with the children to practice and learn together.
Tuesdays, September 29th – October 20th, 3:00-3:30pm | 4 weeks | $40
Please use the tickets option for registration below. This as a 4-week series to promote a regular practice and to teach new techniques that build upon the week before. Mp3 downloads with meditative visualizations will be included with the series.
