Beyond Baby Blues: Postpartum Support Group

An event every 2 weeks that begins at 9:30am on Tuesday, repeating indefinitely
Feeling sad? Anxious? Overwhelmed? Change in appetite? Having recurring fears? Having trouble sleeping? Experiencing scary or intrusive thoughts?
You are not alone. No matter if you’ve had your first baby or your fourth, every pregnancy and postpartum season brings its own joys and challenges.
As many as 1 in 5 women suffer from depression, anxiety or a similar mental health challenge within the first year after baby is born. Whether you think you might have a postpartum mood disorder or know you do, this group is for you, offering emotional support, education, and self-care techniques in a safe, supportive environment.
Join us every other week for an opportunity to be heard and supported, and to find others who are on this path beside you.
Please note: Until October, this group meets EVERY OTHER TUESDAY from 9:30-10:30am | FREE | Babies (pre-walkers) welcome!
