So many of us women are searching for balance and peace in our lives. Sensitive, intuitive and empathic, we require more mindfulness and quiet to understand and process the events of our inner and outer worlds. We often feel overwhelmed and exhausted. And when big emotions hit, it can feel as though our heads are under water. We try to right ourselves… but how?

I totally get it. I’m highly sensitive, too, and I’ve spent my life struggling with confusing and overwhelming emotional responses to things that other people don’t even seem to notice. It’s felt isolating and exhausting and I’ve tried (really tried) to numb it all out. But in all the numbing, I lost my connection to my true self. And even though I could convince people on the outside that I was happy, I knew that on the inside it was chaos.
I’ve been in the overwhelm and the chaos. I lived there. But I found my way to peace and calm and I know how to get you where you want to go.

In this class you will explore the inner landscape of your emotions using your intuition with me as your guide. You will leave this 6 week class with a much deeper understanding of your emotions, a clearer connection to your Higher Self and a newly settled nervous system that won’t throw you for a loop when life throws you a curve ball.
In Big Emotions for Sensitive Souls you will learn simple and effective techniques to
· Remain centered when big emotions hit
· Rewire and soothe your nervous system so peace and calm are the default
· Deeply understand what your emotions are communicating
· Grow in self compassion and learn to value yourself
· Navigate difficult relationships with self understanding and boundaries
· Understand the true meaning of self love and experience it as a tangible reality
