Birthing From Within Childbirth 1/2 day Intensive

This 4-hour, one-day intensive is ideal for those parents who would like additional tools for labor and birth, and may have taken a birth center or hospital class.

Topics covered in this class will include:

– Building a birthing mindset: 3 breath-centered pain-coping practices
– Creative, right-brain learning practices, including birth art & visualizations
– Comfort measures & positions for labor

These classes are great as a supplemental birth class!

Pregnant mothers are welcome to attend with or without a partner.
