We truly are what we eat – our cells are composed only of the substances we ingest – so it stands to good reason that our nutrition has an enormous impact on our physical and emotional well being. The use of nutrition and supplements in addiction recovery and mental health is becoming increasingly widespread, and these interventions are truly game-changers!

Join Stephanie Small, LCSW, CNE, CMHN to learn how to support mental health and addiction recovery using nutrients instead of, or in addition to, pharmaceuticals. We’ll address how the digestive system, key vitamins and minerals, neurotransmitters and blood sugar play crucial roles in establishing and maintaining stable mood, sleep, energy and focus – and even reducing substance cravings.
