Energy Awareness Tools for Self Care {for Birth & Family Workers}

Are you one of the wonderful people that helps families as they usher new life into the world? Or perhaps one that helps them find their way in the world as a new family after birth? It’s an amazing job to be a part of this village. It’s also easy to take on so many emotions, responsibilities and worries that might be depleting your sense of well-being outside of work.

Self-care and good boundaries are essential in preventing burnout and being able to offer the best parts of yourself when you are with families. Come learn a unique set of mindfulness meditations and energy awareness techniques to help you hold your personal space, process, honor, release and re-energize as you journey along this road of service and care for others.

These techniques will also help you deepen your trust in your intuition and we’ll even offer an easy visualization to intentionally tune into it for answers!

These tools have been deemed “liberating” and life-changing.  You won’t want to stop using these easy visualizations, and you can also teach them to your clients to help their well-being! When you tap into the quantum level via mindful meditation you can affect change on a very basic energetic level through your awareness.

Open to anyone who supports parents during pregnancy, birth and beyond.
